Little Unicorn crafts high-quality, safe baby products featuring artisan, hand-drawn designs. Their meticulously tested collection includes muslin blankets, outdoor-ready options, burp cloths, bath towels, feeding bibs, and customizable diaper bags, all meeting global safety standards.

Background

Little Unicorn came to us to elevate their online visibility for muslin baby swaddles by launching an Organic Search keyword campaign. They started with a five-keyword campaign and eventually asked us to manage multiple marketing channels, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Goals

  1. Increase monthly revenue and improve conversion rates.

  2. Achieve top 5 Google rankings for campaign keywords.

To help Little Unicorn grow monthly revenue, improve conversion rates, and compete in a saturated baby products market, we built a customized strategy across Organic Search, paid search, and paid social. 

Our content team created keyword-targeted content for syndication, strengthening Little Unicorn’s backlink profile and supporting top 5 ranking goals for high-value campaign keywords. 

On the paid side, we continuously optimized Google Ads and social campaigns to adapt to shifting customer preferences, seasonal demand, and ROAS targets, maximizing performance while working toward a 7X ROAS at $10,000 spend.

Despite a crowded baby products market, we helped Little Unicorn grow across Organic Search, Google Ads, and Meta. Our strategy earned 36 top 5 keyword rankings, improving visibility for terms like “muslin swaddle” and driving a 23% lift in monthly organic new users.

Paid campaigns generated $1.7M in Google Ads revenue, while Meta revenue grew 59% and orders increased 149%. Together, these efforts drove a 168% increase in monthly transactions, helping Little Unicorn scale revenue and compete more effectively.
